Join Sarah, ANFT certified Forest Therapy Guide, for a slow gentle walk awakening our senses and remembering our connection to the natural world. We will meet at the pavilion to begin. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. (Layers are very helpful) We will have a warming station along the way in colder weather.
