WINTER HIKING FOR BEGINNERS
WITH JESSICA HECK
Have you ever wanted to adventure in the woods and mountains in the winter, but you’re just not sure where to start? Join Anchorspace Potsdam member, Jessica Heck, to get the basics of getting into the backcountry safely with this beginner’s class on winter hiking. Jessica will provide a packing list and resources to check trails, weather, and conditions, along with tips and tricks for keeping warm and safe in the backcountry. This class is set in a classroom. There will be no actual hiking outside this time.
