Description
The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards are an annual, national competition; local students from St. Lawrence County compete as part of the Central New York Art Region in Syracuse, NY. The exhibit was organized by SLC Arts in partnership with the North Country Art Teachers' Association (NCATA).
