Description
Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County will hold a Tomatoe Preservation Class at the Harvest Kitchen.
Capture summer in a jar! Learn how to safely can tomatoes using both pressure and water bath canning. This hands-on workshop will give you the confidence to tackle any canning project at home.
Pre-registration is required and class fee includes samples, a finished jar to bring home and recipes.
Ingredients generously donated by Kent Family Growers and Nature’s Storehouse.
