Description
Join Marie Kirwan, a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor at the Nicandri Nature Center on Wednesdays from 9:00 to 10:15 am for a new session of Yoga.
All of our Yoga sessions are free. We have mats, blocks, and straps available for you to use.
Following the yoga session is Joel's Woods Walk from 10:15 to 11:45. So those of you who like to hike and learn about the habits and habitats of the creatures and plants that are on our trails, you can join in on the walk! The Woods Walk is free too!
