Cheese sampling in Potsdam
Description
All are invited to sample Cayuga Blue, an artisanal goat blue cheese from the Finger Lakes region, containing no colorings or artificial additives. Similar to French Roquefort it is aged for 2 months resulting in a creamy, rich, and complex flavor.
