TRUNK-OR-TREAT: GOUVERNEUR
The Seaway Valley Prevention Council and The Community Health Center of the North Country will host their annual Trunk-or-Treat event on Monday, Oct. 28, from 6-8pm. Expect sweets, and spooky streets at the Gouverneur Fairgrounds/High School Parking Lot. Wear a costume and bring your spooky spirit to enjoy a FREE family fun night!
