Winter Battle of Ogdensburg
The original Battle of Ogdensburg occurred on February 22, 1813. All reenactments following events are free and open to the public taking place on Saturday, Feb. 22 and Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025 throughout downtown Ogdensburg, NY.

Saturday, February 22
10:30am: Wreath Laying Ceremony at Sheriff Joseph York's Gravesite @ Ogdensburg Cemetery, SH 812 x SH 37

1:30pm: Battle Re-enactment @ Downtown Ogdensburg
Battle starts at the corner of Riverside Ave. (Water) and Franklin St. (Gertrude) and ends at the intersection State and Ford Streets.

Following Battle: Coffee @ Ogdensburg History Museum, 206 Ford St.

3:30pm: 'The Significance of Horse Island' Lecture with Constance Barone, Director of Sackets Harbor Battlefield Site @ Ogdensburg History Museum, 206 Ford St.

Sunday, February 23
1:30pm: Battle Re-Enactment @ Van Rensselaer Point, 22 Albany Ave.
