Do you remember the building of the St. Lawrence Seaway in the 1950s and the flooding of Waddington? Russell Strait will be sharing and discussing videos of Waddington before it changed forever, and of the construction itself, at the St. Lawrence County Historical Association at noon on Thursday, January 17^th.
