AG MARKETING SERIES
VIDEO STORYTELLING WORKSHOP FOR YOUR FOOD, FARM, OR AG BUSINESS
Cornell Corporative Extension is hosting a presentation featuring "Video Storytelling for your Food, Farm, or Ag Business" as part of their Ag Marketing Series on Saturday, March 23 from 11:00am-2:00pm. .
If you've been on the internet, you've likely noticed the takeover of short-form videos in the last couple of years across social media. Nicole Ouellette, Founder of Breaking Even Communications, will present the latest social media video trends and how to film, edit, and post your videos with hands on experience. Bring your own footage to work with and take advantage of recording stations to allow you to try out a green screen, microphones, and other filming setups to see what you like to do. With the recorded footage, you'll work on editing the videos with Descript or Capcut, both free but robust editing tools, allowing you to add things like captions, transitions, voiceovers, color correction, and more. Then practice posting your created videos on different social media platforms and learn tools that make the process easier like scheduling and resharing software. By the end of this workshop, you'll see making your own videos is not only a great way to connect with your current and future customers but is also a fun and effective way to tell your story.
Registration is required and limited to 12 participants. Click HERE to register. Lunch will be provided during this workshop.
