TRUNK-OR-TREAT: GOUVERNEUR
The Seaway Valley Prevention Council and The Community Health Center of the North Country will host their annual Trunk-or-Treat event on Friday, Oct. 27, from 6-8pm. Expect sweets, and spooky streets at the Gouverneur Fairgrounds/High School Parking Lot. Wear your costume for a haunted Halloween!

- Register up to 3 trunks online HERE
- Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for best decorated trunk
- Each trunk is responsible for providing youth participants with a candy or giveaway
