Third Wednesday Duathlons
Hosted by: St. Lawrence Valley Paddlers
Held on the Little River in Canton, NY adjacent to the campus of St. Lawrence University, on the third Wednesday of May - August, 2025 (May 21, June 18, July 16, and August 20).
- Duathlon consists of a 1.25-mile run, 1.25-mile paddle, and completed by another 1.25-mile run.
- Start and finish line is located near the Little River Boat Launch in Canton at the Park Street (CR 27) bridge.
- Teams to consist of paddlers and runners, or solo participants
- Race registration is free and opens monthly at 5:30pm
- Duathlons begins monthly at 6:30pm
