Description
Special Olympics Polar Plunge
For those ready to "take the plunge" into the freezing waters of the St. Lawrence River, the St. Lawrence Polar Plunge is nearly here. After a five -year absence, the Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics New York will be returning to Northern NY on Saturday, December 7, 2024. Attendees from across Northern NY will gather at Lisbon Beach to raise funds and awareness for Special Olympic athletes of the North Country.
Gather your family, grab your friends, double-dare your co-workers and start a Polar Plunge Team! You can also join us as an individual if you like, just be ready to get wet!
Collect donations to help sponsor your plunge in support of local Special Olympics New York athletes. Every dollar donated makes a difference!
