St. Lawrence University Writers Series presents Jeff Sharlet
Jeff Sharlet is a New York Times bestselling author and editor of eight books of creative nonfiction and photography, including The Undertow: Scenes from a Slow Civil War, a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award; The Family, adapted into a Netflix documentary series of the same name; and This Brilliant Darkness. Sharlet is a contributing editor for Vanity Fair and an editor-at-large for VQR. He has also written for The New York Times Magazine, Harper's, Rolling Stone, The Nation, New York, and other publications.
For over 50 years the Writers Series program at St. Lawrence University has welcomed all varieties of authors including Pulitzer Prize winners.
