Pride Outside Hike | Clear Pond Birding
Join Potsdam Pride and Nature Up North for a hike and some virtual birding fun at Clear Pond, south of Parishville, NY. Download the Merlin app (you'll need to make an account and then download the US Northeast bird pack) to participate in birding, or just come to hike! Bring water, breathable comfy clothes for the summer heat, and your longest rainbow socks to keep those ticks away. (Other long socks might work, too.) Meet at the trailhead at 1pm.

Note: map location is approximate. See STLCtrails.com for more specific information on the trail and how to find the trailhead. The Clear Pond Trailhead is south of Parishville at the end of Clear Pond Road, 2 miles off of White Hill Road. There will be cars parked at the entrance to the Clear Pond Road to carpool in with higher clearance vehicles. Also, be sure to bring bug spray for mosquitos!
