Description
Pressure Canning Meat Workshop
Take part in the opportunity in learning about the canning process from start to finish, using chicken raised at the Extension Learning Farm, taught by Local Food Program Leader, M. Flip Filippi with participation from Master Food Preserver Volunteers. The workshop is session is part of the Extension's Homesteading for Everyone Series and will be held in person at the Harvest Kitchen at the Extension Learning Farm.
