The Norwood Village Green Concert Series 46th Annual Season opens Thursday, May 30th with the annual St. Lawrence County Music Educators Association Pop Choral/Stage Band Festival. The Festival begins at 3:00 pm and will include performing groups from 9 performing groups from 6 local school districts.
