The North Country Women’s Leadership Initiative (NCWLI) is inviting you for a “Light” Mastermind Experience for Women in Leadership Are you ready to connect, collaborate, and grow? In this special workshop, you’ll join a group of like-minded women in leadership to tackle challenges, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships.

What to Expect:
Genuine Connections: You’ll be placed in a small, intimate group of participants where you’ll get to know each other on a deeper level. Supportive Conversations: Bring a leadership challenge or question to the table and receive valuable insights, feedback, and advice from others who’ve been there.
