Maple Tree Tapping Ceremony
Kick off the beginning of St. Lawrence County's 2025 maple session with SLC Maple Producers Association! This year's annual ceremony will be held at Shamrock Maple in St. Regis Falls, in the town of Hopkinton, ceremony to begin at 11am. Following the ceremony, snacks and treats will be available within the sugarhouse.
