In this one, presenter Youmell will show attendees how to convert their existing baked goods recipes to healthier whole foods that can be enjoyed ‘guilt-free.’
Attendees will leave with the skills to convert their own classic baking recipes into healthy whole grain and whole foods treats. Youmell will give participants the fuel to kick the sugar habit by sharing the history of sugar and its considerable impact on personal health as well as the public health costs.
