Lisbon Homecoming & Fireworks

Description

Lisbon Homecoming will take place on August 15-17 featuring live music, ice cream, train rides, fireworks, carnival games and a parade. This years theme is "The Dog Days of Summer". Follow the Homecoming Committee's Facebook Page for additional scheduling and details for this year's events.

Lisbon Homecoming T-shirts for $15 will be available at the Lisbon Hepburn Library during business hours (MWF from 9am-4pm; T/TH from 3pm-6pm).

Thursday, Aug. 15
6:30pm-8:00pm: Michael Reed performs @ Railroad Depot. Bring a chair and see the town’s new Pavilion!

Friday, Aug. 16
4:00-7:00pm: Ice Cream Social @ White Church

6:30-8:00pm: Norwood Bass Brand @ Railroad Depot. Performance will be at the Pavilion, food and refreshments are donated by the Town Board members and all proceeds will benefit the Railroad Depot Museum.

7:00-11:00pm: Small Town Ramblers @ American Legion. The band is sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary, admission is $5.

Saturday, Aug. 17
All Day: Town Wide Garage Sales

8:00am (registration at 7:15 am): Fun Run/5K sponsored by the Lisbon Wesleyan Church @ Fireman’s Field

8:00am - 2:00pm: Book Sale @ Hepburn Library

9:00am-2:00pm: Free clothing @ Lisbon Wesleyan Church

12:00pm-Until Gone: Chicken BBQ @ Lisbon Fire Department

3:00pm-9:30pm: Dunk tank, bounce house, face painting, photo booth, games sponsored by Seaway Valley Prevention, and food truck vendors @ Fireman’s Field

4:00pm-5:00pm: Parade down Main Street

5:30pm-9:30pm: Live entertainment by The Black Lakers @ Fireman’s Field

6:00-9:00pm: Children’s train rides from the Pray Road to Fireman’s Field

9:30pm: Fireworks @ Fireman’s Field
