HO HO HO HOLIDAY CELEBRATION
The Massena Public Library will host a day of activities on Saturday, December 14th.

Join the Massena Public Library for their annual holiday event! There is something for everyone, from book sales, lottery trees, and live music, to Santa and cookies. Sponsored by the Friends of the Massena Library.

• Christmas Book Sale: 9:30am to 12:30pm. Friends of the Library gain early admittance at 9:00am! Not a member yet? Join that day for $5.00!
• Santa will be visiting the children's room from 10:00am to 12:00pm. Bring your camera and capture the moment! At 11:00am Santa will read a special story! There will also be "Take and Make Crafts," and hot chocolate for everyone to enjoy.
• Holiday Bake Sale beginning at 9:30am until all is gone. 
• The day with a concert beginning at 1:00pm. Ellie Prashaw will sing a selection of seasonal music guaranteed to entertain all age groups. She will be accompanied by Patti Ryan.
• The "Lottery Basket Raffle" is back by popular demand! The Friends have purchased $100 worth of lottery tickets. Raffle tickets may be purchased at the front desk beginning Friday, December 1st: $2.00 for one or $5.00 for three. The drawing will be held on Saturday, December 16th. The proceeds will be used to purchase a new toy chest for the children’s room.
• Throughout the holiday season, Friends of the Massena Library are hosting a Tree Decorating Contest! They welcome all not for profit organizations to participate in this friendly competition. Everyone is encouraged to check out the displays and vote for their favorite tree! The winner will be announced during the Holiday Concert.
