Hammond Scottish Festival
Celebrate over 200 years of Scottish Heritage with the Hammond Historical Museum! The 7th Annual Scottish Festival will take place on Saturday, July 12, 2025. Enjoy a full day of Scottish culture featuring the popular 5K Kilt Run/Walk, Battle on the Border Highland Games, Celtic music, dancers, demonstrations from the 1800s, vendors, and plenty of children's activities! Museum buildings onsite will be open for touring during the festival, including a fully furnished 1850 stone house.
NEW THIS YEAR: The cultural immersion tent is an interactive space where festival attendees can witness and try their hands at Gaelic words, Scottish folk dancing, penny whistle & event the hurdy-gurdy!
