Description
Forest Bathing Walk
at Lazy River Playground and Retreat Center
Join Sarah, ANFT certified Forest Therapy Guide, for a slow gentle walk TO awaken senses and remember our connection to the natural world. The walk will begin at Lazy River Playground's Pavilion. Comfortable walking shoes/boots, and layering to dress for the weather is recommended. In colder weather, a warming station will be available along the way. If there is snow on the day of the walk, come prepared to play in it!
