Feature Friday Sampling on September 23rd at the Potsdam Food Co-op The Potsdam Food Co-op's Feature Friday Sampling on September 23rd will highlight Lemon Orzo Salad from the Co-op’s Carriage House Deli. This special family recipe is a favorite that features a delicious blend of orzo, peanut oil, lemon, and fresh chives from the garden. Sampling will be held from 12 - 2pm along with 8 oz containers of the salad available in the grab-and-go deli section of the store, right near delicious wraps, and around the corner from the hot soup of the day. The Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery and Deli is located at 24 Elm Street and open daily from 8am to 7pm, with curbside service available. It is a member-owned cooperative grocery store (although membership is not required) where everyone is welcome to shop and anyone is welcome to join. Committed to the community and local sustainability, its emphasis is on providing natural and organic foods with the practice of buying from local and regional growers and producers. A large selection of specialty items such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan foods are also available.
