Description
A World of Gluten Free Flavor: Cooking with Corn is the third in a three-part cooking series focused on how to cook with delicious, naturally gluten-free grains! Your guide is Paul Graham, an avid home cook and food writer who happens to have Celiac's Disease.
This class is a unique chance to learn about and cook with corn, and is open to all: those with wheat or gluten allergies AND home cooks who want to expand their culinary horizons!
