Description
2024 BELLE CHEVIGNY PLEIN AIR FESTIVAL
Mark your calendars for an entertaining weekend of river, lake, and country landscapes. The Morristown Public Library host several artists from 4 states and Canada who will paint picturesque views within a 15-mile radius of Morristown, NY.
The artists will paint from Thursday, August 1 - Saturday, August 3, then three paintings by each artist will be exhibited to the public on Sunday, August 4 and offered for sale at Bella-Brooke Vineyard and Winery in Hammond. When the artists sell one painting they may replace it with another they created during the event. The public is encouraged to approach the artists during the show and sale.
These paintings are of OUR waterfalls, woods, barns, fields and waterfronts. Come see how many of them you recognize. See how an artist has interpreted what we may take for granted.
