The public is invited to enjoy free horse-drawn wagon rides, warm cocoa and cookies, cheerful caroling, and complimentary gift wrapping — all hosted at Palmer Realty, 29 Main Street, Canton. This festive open-house event is free and open to the public

Help us bring comfort and warmth to every child in St. Lawrence County this season! Palmer Realty has launched its annual Holiday Pajama Drive to collect brand-new pajamas for local families in need.
We're aiming high with a goal to collect over 300 cozy pairs! Every donation helps us ensure a warm, safe night for a local child.
✨ How You Can Help
What to Donate: NEW children's pajamas (infant sizes up to youth 18 for boys and girls).
When: The drive runs NOW through December 19th!
Where to Drop Off: Simply swing by the Palmer Realty Office at 29 Main Street, Canton, NY. Look for the easy-to-use donation hut right outside! 🏡
All collected pajamas will be distributed directly to local shelters and family support agencies. Let's make this the coziest holiday yet!
