The North Country SBDC provides entrepreneurs & small business owners in NYS with the highest quality, no-cost, confidential business counseling, training and research services. North County SBDC offers free direct counseling and a wide range of management and technical assistance services. We can help start-ups develop business plans, assist in expansion of existing businesses or offer resources for industry-specific topics. We have satellite offices located in Massena, Akwesasne, Ogdensburg, Gouverneur, and Wanakena. (appt only)
