Enjoy a Spring woods romp with workshop presenter Zach Gagliardi of North Country Foragers. Learn about wild foods with the one and only North Country Forager! We'll explore the sylvan glade together where ramps (wild leeks) grow in abundance along with trout lily, spring beauties, dutchman's breeches, various docks, black cohosh, lambs quarter, mallow, marsh marigold, plantain, perhaps even morel mushrooms! ID, harvesting and eating are topics of note. Come join the fun, and never look at the natural world quite the same! RSVP NEEDED for location. TO REGISTER please call or email.
