Walk with a Doc
Enjoy an indoor walk at your own pace while meeting team members from Rochester Regional Health’s St. Lawrence Region Clinical Nutrition.
Speakers from the St. Lawrence Region of Rochester Regional Health will include Lauren Prentice, RD, SLR Director of Food & Nutrition Services, and Martha Pickard Palmer, RD, Clinical Nutrition Specialist.
After a brief discussion about nutrition, you will take a walk inside the arena at your own pace. It’s a great way to get active, chat informally with healthcare providers, and meet new friends! Water, healthy snacks, and giveaways will be provided.
The FREE event is accessible to all, including people of all ages and abilities. Sponsored by St. Lawrence County Public Health Department, A Bridge to Wellness Coalition, and Rochester Regional Health-St. Lawrence Region. Walk With a Doc is an international organization supporting healthy lifestyles.
