Description
Russell-Fest Carnival will be held on Saturday, July 19 with the parade at 1:00 PM and the carnival beginning at 1:30 PM at Shindigz on the River. Enjoy carnival games and prizes, a waterslide, bouncy house, chili cook-off, cake walk, concessions, face painting, and more. Sponsored by enRiCH.
