Description
The Rag A Muffin parade in Potsdam is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Potsdam and the Potsdam Vol. Fire Department. Kids put on their costumes, parade around the block, have cider and donuts at fire station, and get to take a ride on a fire truck.
