What are probiotics and why are they important? Support immune function, increase B vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, digestive enzymes to foster good "gut health." Topics include fermented foods (yogurt, crème fraiche, sauerkraut, apple cider vinegar, kombucha, easy vegetable ferment, whey and more), condiments, store-bought vs. homemade, more.
