Did you know that 1/3 of food produced is wasted? Did you know that it can take up to 25 years for a head of lettuce to decompose in a landfill? Join us for a free showing -- with free snacks courtesy of the Potsdam Food Co-op -- of the new documentary film, "Wasted!" about the challenges and possibilities of food waste in the USA. Bring your family and friends! This event, part of Canton's Winterfest, promises to be fun and interesting.
