The tragic story of Paolo and Francesca from Dante's Inferno and Ulysses Last Voyage will be presented by Dr. Walter Nobile on Thursday, October 15 at the Potsdam Public Museum.
Dr. Nobile holds a Doctorate in humanities from the University of Salerno, Italy. He has taught Italian language and literature at the University of California at Berkeley, the University of Oregon, and the University of Chicago. He has translated into English some of his favorite cantos. The program is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served. For more information, contact the museum at (315)265-6910.
