Description
Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence county will host a Preserving Strawberries Workshop on Friday, June 15, 2023 from 12:00pm - 2:00pm at their Harvest Kitchen. Capture the summer flavor of strawberries for year-round enjoyment with different preservation methods including making jam (canning), freezing, and a refreshing fermented drink called shrub.
