April Cheese of the Month Sampling at the Potsdam Food Co-op The Potsdam Food Co-op's featured Cheese of the Month for April is Havarti, a grass fed cheese from North Country Creamery in Keeseville, NY. Samples will be available on Friday, April 8th beginning at 12 noon and will continue while supplies last. Receive 10% off Havarti by North Country Creamery during the entire month of April. This Havarti has no colors or stabilizers added, and all of the cheeses from the North Country Creamery are non-GMO. Havarti is a versatile cheese that is equally at home on a cheese platter or melted into various dishes. Pair with Hefe-Weizen beer by Paulaner Brewery, now available at the Co-op! Considered to be the #1 wheat beer in Germany and one of the world’s favorites. Beer experts call it a masterpiece. In developing this beer, the Paulaner brewmasters have perfected a unique technique with “yeast suspension,” resulting in a uniform, slightly cloudy appearance, consistent quality, and perfect taste.
