OGDENSBURG, NY - Join chefs Michael and Bill Charlton as they present a 5 course degustation featuring local game in true Remington fashion on Sunday, August 12, 2018 AT 5 pm.
The Wild Game Dinner is hosted by the Blind Pig Bistro, 234 Ford Street in Ogdensburg. The hosts will share their expertise and savory secrets in preparing these wild masterpieces.
