Description
Clarkson University will host the second annual Warrior Fest next month. The event celebrates and supports the contributions of veterans in the North Country. Warrior Fest is open to the public and is fun for the whole family. Warrior Fest begins at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 8. The evening will feature a special open skate with the Clarkson men's hockey team from 4 to 5 p.m. in Cheel Arena as well as several raffles and giveaways -- including a Golden Knights hockey jersey signed by the team and a special camo jersey. A sled hockey match between the Fort Drum Mountain Warriors and the Kingston Knights will follow. The puck drops at 5: 15 p.m. in Cheel Arena. All proceeds from Warrior Fest will support the Fort Drum Mountain Warriors team and Army ROTC at Clarkson University.
