4th day and final day of 50th Potsdam Summer Festival concludes with Dock Dogs from 10 am - 3 pm at Potsdam Agway on Pine Street and at Dusk an Outdoor Movie in Ives Park (in case it rained on Thursday's Outdoor movie)
