Description
Instructed by Cheryl Mirer for ages 13-Adult. In this exciting new class, students will learn how to lay out mixed-media paintings, about common materials, and how each medium interacts within a piece. students will develop color palettes, mix acrylic paints, make papers, learn collage background techniques, and build a work of art using imagery, texture, pain, gesso, and papers. Cheryl will discuss materials that work well together and give tips that students can create pieces at home. Participants will be encouraged to develop individuals voices of self-expression. Open to all levels of experience, from beginners to seasoned artists. Materials included.
