If the weather cooperates, the event will take place at the gazebo on Main Street overlooking the Stone Valley section of the Raquette River. The rain location will be the Town Hall.

Description
A free Qigong demonstration and class will be lead by Andrea Malik, certified personal trainer and Qigong teacher, during the Colton Country Days celebrations. Malik, also known in the community as the “Black Fly Diva,” directs the town’s Bti Black Fly and Mosquito Control Programs and leads invasive species work focused on Japanese knotweed and variable leaf milfoil.
