Description
Parents, school staff and students will be provided access to much needed information for transition planning. A graduation options overview by a transition specialist regarding the various pathways to graduation for students with disabilities will begin the event and be followed by Information and contacts to local service agencies that can support those students. This event will give you the information needed to create successful transition plans for your student with a disability exiting high school into the post-secondary world.
