April Topic: New York now requires all companies, not for profits, and government employers to have a policy against sexual harassment which includes a promise to investigate complaints. This webinar will review best practices for planning, conducting and concluding and investigation into any type of workplace complaint, with a focus on sexual harassment.
Jacqueline M. Kelleher, Esq. of Stafford, Owens, Piller, Murnane, Kelleher & Trombley, PLLC will share knowledge and insights developed during the course of numerous investigations and provide tools to help attendees conduct their own investigations.
