He will also present the history of white water usage at Stone Valley and discuss some of the logistics of the release including the legal arrangements made with the local dam operators. As an American Whitewater volunteer\, Phil helps to organize the whitewater releases on the Raquette River and assists with negotiation and licensing procedures.This presentation will include thrilling videos and photos of the release. \n\n\n\nThis program is part of the "'Look Down\, You'll See Our Tracks': Raquette River Dam Stories" Program Series.
