DESCRIPTION:SLCCHC October Book Club: "The Personal Librarian"\n\n\n\nJoin us for our second SLCCHC Book Club meeting on October 26 at 6 p.m. As we continue to celebrate the U.S. Semiquincentennial this year\, we look forward to sharing meaningful stories that reflect our 250 years of history.\n\n\n\nThe 2026 Book Club will explore our history through a variety of lenses. Join us at any time!\n\n\n\nThis month\, we will be reading "The Personal Librarian" by Marie Benedict & Victoria Christopher Murray. This book is historical fiction set in the early 20th Century.\n\n\n\nPre-registration is recommended as space is limited. Complimentary books will be available for pickup at the Museum Gift Shop while supplies last.\n\n\n\nPlease indicate in your registration if you would like to get one through us. You can also borrow it from the North Country Library System or another library network. Audiobooks\, physical books\, and eBooks are readily available.\n\n\n\nPlease contact us if you are unable to find a copy through the library system or Libby. Funding for this program was provided by the STLC 250th Commemoration Committee.
