Help Hammond!\n\nSaturday\, August 18th\, 2018\n \n\n5th Annual Chippewa Bay Poker Run Paddle for a Purpose Scheduled!\n\n\nOn Saturday\, August 18th\, paddlers (both beginners and experienced) will climb into plastic and beautiful wooden vessels and venture out in Chippewa Bay a true Paddler's Paradise of the 1000 Islands! People will do this for two reasons: 1) As an opportunity to have a great time in the outdoors with like-minded\, fun and amazing people\, and 2) To be part of a solution: to create an immediate\, positive impact in our community. \n \n\nEnergy and support from volunteers and participants alike will help launch new community developments\, support local organizations which lack the means to succeed and fund our "Immediate Needs Fund" which helps individuals in need during unfortunate times.
