DESCRIPTION:May 7\, 2023 is National Ride a Bike Day! Join Grasse River Outfitters for a day of fun riding and connecting with others on bikes! It is also Canton Canoe Weekend\, so the ride meet ups have been designed to ride and cheer on the marathon paddlers!\n\n*This is a casual meet up ride! (Full Canoe Weekend Schedule HERE: https://www.cantoncanoeweekend.org/weekend-events\n\n \n\n\n\nBoth rides will start and end at Taylor Park\, off Miner Street Road (near littleGrasse Foodworks!) There is plenty of parking at the beach. We encourage you to come to the Park in time to see the C2 Marathon race start at 10am. The routes are planned for race viewing with a stop (for as long as you like) at the Little Rive Boat Launch on Park Street (edge of SLU campus) to enjoy the most active point in the race around 11am! *non-riders can meet you there!\n\n \n\n\n\nFamily Fun Ride (2.2 miles from Taylor Park to Little River boat launch). Ride on Miner Street and then onto dirt trail on edge of SLU campus\, pop out on Park Street\, cross the bridge and cheer on the paddlers! Ride back to Taylor Park when you want! *Parents are responsible for their own children.\n\n \n\n\n\nRound the River Ride (11 miles from Taylor Park to Little River boar launch\, then 2 miles back to Taylor Park). Ride from Miner to County Road 21 to Country Road 25 to Park Street to cheer on the paddlers at the Little River boat launch. This route crosses and rides along the Grasse River at a few points. Return directly to Taylor Park (2 miles) or take the 11 mile route back.\n\n \n\n\n\nCanton Canoe Weekend will have opportunities to Try Out A Boat at 1pm at Taylor Park if you would like to plan to bring a pic nic and eat and get on the water!\n\n\n\nJoin us for a fun day of paddling\, cheering and RIDING BIKES!
