\nAbout the Presenter
\n
Throughout a 21-year career as an officer in the US Army\, I have led\, been led\, and have developed leaders in a wide array of places and situations. \;I have spent my career studying and applying leadership skills and fundamentals at all levels to include:
\n\n&ndash\; making day to day decisions to keep an 800 person aviation unit operating smoothly
\n\n&ndash\; operating in the high-stress environment of flying combat missions
\n\n&ndash\; leading cross-functional teams composed of military and civilians from 12 different nations
\n\n&ndash\; developing the next generation of Army leaders through the ROTC program
\n\nNow I&rsquo\;m assisting others to grow and develop as leaders.
\n\nTo be successful\, organizations must have leaders at all levels. \; Great leadership doesn&rsquo\;t just happen\, it must be taught\, learned\, and practiced.
